Hot Toddy

Hot Toddy – serves 6-8 people

  • 1L Water
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • Ginger-large thumb sized piece sliced
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 1 cup Bacardi 8yr Rum
  • 16 dashes Angostura bitters


Combine ingredients in sauce pan and stir occasionally as you bring the mixture to a soft boil. Simmer 1 min and serve in a coffee mug.

Tip: Mixture can be made in advance and kept warm on stove top to serve as guests arrive.
