Ingredients:
- 0.5oz Bombay Sapphire gin or favourite London dry Gin
- 1oz pomegranate juice
- Prosecco or sparkling wine of choice
- Garnish: Lemon peel and Pomegranate seeds
- Glass: Champagne flute
Method:
Build ingredients in champagne flute, top with prosecco. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and lemon twist.
